Communications

The mission of the Office of Communications is for parents, students, alumni, and friends of Wesleyan to remain informed about important happenings at the school. We believe consistent and effective communication with members of our community is essential in serving and loving our families well.

How we communicate

  • Newsletters and Emails

    The Office of Communications distributes a weekly newsletter to all current parents and employees. The Wesleyan Weekly includes announcements, news, and quick links. In addition to the Wesleyan Weekly, current parents receive email communications from Wesleyan leadership to share more details about their child's school division, Christian life, fine arts, athletics, development, and more. Alumni and parents of alumni also receive regular email communications to help them stay connected to our Wesleyan family.
  • School News

    The Office of Communications releases news stories to recap exciting events on campus and recognize the many accomplishments of our students and staff.
  • Social Media

  • Emergency Notifications

    In the event of a campus closure or emergency, current parents are notified via text, call, and email. 

School Publications

The Wesleyan Magazine is published twice a year and is sent to current parents, alumni, parents of alumni, and friends of the school. The Wesleyan Magazine shares stories of how our Christian mission is lived out on campus and in the lives of our alumni.

  • Media Inquiries

    Media professionals interested in interviews, photographs, video footage, or information should email Jennifer Copeland, assistant head of school for external affairs.
  • Photography

    All photographs and video footage taken by members of the communications team are reserved for use by the communications office only. To purchase photos for personal use, please visit Brianography.
