Class of 2028 leads Eighth Grade Chapel

On Thursday, May 16, parents and students attended Eighth Grade Chapel to celebrate the Class of 2028 and reflect on their middle school years at Wesleyan.
The worship team performed “The Blessing” by Kari Jobe, Cody Carnes, and Elevation Worship, and Anna Claire Kadzis ‘28 and Katy Waldhauser ‘28 sang “Oceans” by Hillsong United.

Eighth grade students shared devotions to encourage their classmates. Pace Rosenkampff ‘28 shared about the true meaning of love, and Camille Coleman ‘28 talked about staying positive through challenges. Ryan Lewis ‘28 closed by talking about celebrating accomplishments and milestones.

This year‘s eighth grade class has led with a fun, upbeat spirit from start to finish! From our monthly house challenges to our weekly Thursday chapels, they have spread joy in the middle school, and the other grade levels have caught their spirit! We are surely going to miss them next year,” shares Joseph Antonio, middle school principal.

Thank you, eighth grade students, for all you bring to our school, and we are praying for you and cheering you on as you enter high school.
