Lower school students complete Passport Club testing

On Tuesday, May 7, lower school students completed their final Passport Club testing.
Throughout the year, students engaged in self-paced study of global geography, growing in their skills and ability to locate countries around the world.

“I like Passport Club because it is optional, and it is fun to learn about different places, like Iran and Norway. It is fun to see how each country is different across the world. It has also improved my map skills. In second grade, I couldn’t even tell where Ukraine was,” explains Noah Rahman ‘32.

In addition to learning to locate various countries, students learn about the culture of different people-groups around the world through Passport Club.

“There are a lot of good things about Passport Club, but the videos appeal the most to me. It is not like other work in school, but it is fun work. I look forward to doing it! I like getting to learn about the cultures of different countries,” explains Marcus Buchman ‘32.

Way to go, lower school students, and thank you, lower school parents, for facilitating this globally minded opportunity!!
